So, although it doesn't always feel like it, we are making progress on the remodel. What started out as just a bathroom remodel, turned into a remodel of the entire upstairs (except the kitchen - which we did last summer). The nice part is that after this remodel is done, there will be NOTHING left to remodel inside the house!

We knocked out the wall between the 2 bathrooms and the living room and moved it out 30 inches. We'll have so much more space in the bathrooms now!

Looking into the old main bathroom.

A view of both bathrooms from the living room.

Yay - a new wall is emerging!

This was my upstairs for about a week and a half. We had plastic across the kitchen and the living room furniture in my kitchen. I'm glad this part is over!

Gibson is daddy's little helper, since I can't help with the painting right now.

All painted! (And note the beautiful textured ceiling - bye, bye popcorn crap!)

And the new wall is finished!
A BEAUTIFUL new living room! The old drapes are gone - replaced with wonderful honeycomb blinds. And the entire upstairs is now all painted the same color. The popcorn crap is gone from all the ceilings! The baby's room is ready to be furnished. Gibson's room and our room is ready to be moved back into (we've all been sleeping in the basement). Brady is the most awesome husband in the world!!
