We had a great August and did a lot of fun stuff!

Here's my shoe-boy, Gage!  He's wearing my tennis shoes this time.

This time he put on Brady's socks to go to the swimming pool! 

Now he's wearing one of Gibson's winter gloves (I don't even know where he found it)! 

One afternoon, my mom watched Caleb and Gage so that Gibson and I could have a "date" before school started.  We had an awesome afternoon at Boondocks together! 

Gibson played tackle football for the first time this year.  He had practice for 2 hours a night, 5 days a week. He did awesome and had a great season!  He played tight end, linebacker and quarterback!  He played for my alma mater, Hillcrest!  Next year, he will play for Murray. 

Caleb and Gage are getting into sports, too!  Here they practice their baseball skills! 

They were so excited to get rid of their high chairs and sit on their new "big boy" bench! 

Gibson's first day of 3rd grade.  Did I actually say that - THIRD GRADE???  Wow!  Too big already! 

Gibson's Baseball - Spring 2012

Gibson's really coming into his own in baseball this year. They let him play in the Minors, even though he is still supposed to play for the Pee Wees. So he's the youngest on his team, but keeps up with them. He is one of his team's pitchers this year, too. The first night he pitched he got MVP! I was so excited to get to see him pitch tonight! What an awesome kid!

Snowshoeing - February 2012

We finally got some snow (it's been such a DRY winter) and got to try out our new showshoeing equipment!

We had a great time. It was amazing - I actually got outside in the winter and enjoyed it! We couldn't wait to go again.

Flag Football Fall 2011

Gibson played flag football for the first time this year. He was on a great team and had a super coach! He was having a really great season - even caught a pass and ran in for the touchdown!! - and then he broke his wrist and was out for the rest of the season. What a bummer. At least there's next year.

Soccer - Spring 2010

I've been negligent at taking pictures at Gibson's soccer games this year - but here are a few. You can tell this is Gibson's fourth year playing soccer - he's really good!

Yoga

A wonderful friend took these pictures of me doing yoga. I wanted them for 2 reasons: 1) To see what I actually look like in poses so I can see where I need to improve (and they helped a lot with that!) and 2) I think yoga is beautiful - it's like moving art. I see all the people in my yoga classes their beautiful poses and am just in awe.
