Paging Dr. Gage!

Gage discovered the medical bag of toys the other day. He immediately put the stethoscope around his neck! Future doctor, maybe?!

11-11-11 Gibson's 8th Birthday!!!

Yes, Gibson had an AWESOME birthday this year!!!! His birthday was on November 11, 2011!!! How cool is that??

He got to open the present from Grandma/Grandpa England and Grandma/Grandpa Bezoski a few days early. He was SUPER, SUPER excited about this Lego Pirate ship! I swear he has wanted one for 4-5 years now! Great gift!
On his birthday morning, he walked around the kitchen and stood by the sink for at least a minute before he noticed his new bike!!
Unfortunately, the brakes were broken and we had to replace it. But he loves his new, NEW bike!
He had to quickly open presents before we headed to the airport!

What's better than arriving in Mexico on your birthday!! Here Gibson is at our hotel with his brothers. We were waiting for our luggage to be taken to our room and we were all so HOT (YAY!) - hence the nudity!!
He got to eat his birthday dinner outside on the ocean terrace! Sitting with dad...
... and sitting with mom!
This was his "birthday cake"!
When we got home from our trip, I made him a proper birthday cake!

Happy Birthday, Gibson! I cannot believe you are already 8 years old. You are the smartest, nicest, kindest, sweetest, most awesome kid I know. I'm glad you are mine!! Love you!!

Caleb's First Haircut!

Caleb got his first haircut on December 3rd! It was an impromptu haircut. We took Gibson to get his cut and Kurt had a few minutes to take care of the rat's nest that was on the back of Caleb's head! His hair was so long and curly that it was getting knots in it! So Kurt just trimmed it up a bit and took care of the mullet! Thanks, Kurt. We'll have to get a proper haircut again in a few weeks!
Since it wasn't planned, we didn't have our real camera. Just phone-cameras. At least I got some pictures!
He was such a good boy! Totally interested in what was going on!

Good Taste in Music!

When Caleb hears any music, he HAS to dance! Even if he's sitting down, he'll move his leg in time to the music!

When I put on New Order today, both Caleb and Gage had to dance! They definitely got their mom's taste in music. And fortunately, they have better dance style than their mom.

Now 2 boys in nothing but diapers and socks dancing on the couch! What could be cuter? Naked boys dancing! But then I couldn't post it here for everybody to enjoy!!

Gage's First Haircut!

Now that he finally has some hair, it was time to get it cut! The mullet was out of control!
He got to drive a little sports car!

He was such a good boy! He was fine when the clippers were on the back of his head, but when he put them by his ear, he cried! I think it scared him!

No more mullet!

Caleb Video Week

Caleb is my little organizer. When he has some time to play by himself (without a brother knocking down his toys), he likes to put these balls in the cups and then, very carefully, move them around. Such a silly, SMART, boy!!

Caleb has finally really started to walk! And I finally got a video of it today! Yay, Caleb!

Caleb's new trick

Here is Caleb's new trick. He did it a few times before we saw and then we rushed to get a cushion on the floor. He did it over and over - at least 20 times!
I wish they hadn't learned to climb on the couches.

Gibson and Mom Time in St. George!

Brady and I haven't had a lot of one-on-one time with Gibson since the twins were born. So we decided that we would each take a trip alone with him. So one weekend in October, Gibson and I headed down to St. George together! We had a blast!

Here we are miniature golfing at the Fiesta Family Fun Center!
At the pool at The Claridge Inn! We basically had it to ourselves all weekend!

Gibson lounging on his bed in our hotel room. We had a lot of fun together relaxing at night. We did legos, watched "Gold Rush" and just had fun together!
One of the best things we did was go hiking in Snow Canyon for a day! It was THE PERFECT DAY for hiking. Perfect weather, beautiful scenery, great hikes... so much fun!

This is Gibson jumping off a rock in a dry creek bed on a hike to some lava tubes.
I couldn't believe there were still some flowers blooming in October in the desert!
Looking up at the top of a slot canyon.
Inside the slot canyon. Me:

Eating our lunch. DELICIOUS turkey sandwiches from Tom's Deli! Mmmmm!
The best hike we did all day was hike to some petrified sand dunes. And we saw a lot on the way.

Gibson scrambled up to the top of the Overlook to Hidden Canyon:

Me at the top of the petrified sand dunes. You can see how far up we climbed!
Beautiful!!!!
A GREAT trip and I can't wait until we get to do it again next year! Love you, Gibson!!
